Sidney based company looking for an office assistant in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position with many opportunities to learn.
We are looking for a reliable person who is able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines. Strong communication and organizational skills are required. We use Word, Excel and MS Project. A background in Business Administration would be an asset.
* Assist Project Manager and Site Superintendent
* Corresponding with owners and subcontractors
* Sourcing and ordering materials
* Coordinating deliveries
* Recording and issuing of meeting minutes
* Drawing organization and office filing
* Compiling maintenance manuals
* Reception relief
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
