Job Duties: - Answering phones - Directing calls to the appropriate people - Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the company in a professional and friendly manner - Maintaining orderly client files - Scheduling estimates with clients - Maintaining company CRM - General clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, scanning, faxing and mail distribution - Maintaining the appearance of the front office This is a dynamic position in a growing company and duties and responsibilities will grow with the position. This position begins in the first week of March. Can be earlier for the right candidate. This is a part time position with the opportunity to become full time Wage and performance assessments at 90 days and then semi annually Health and dental benefits after 90 days as a full time employee (30+ hrs/week) Hours are 11am to 5pm Monday-Friday.
