Administration Assistant - 20 hours per week

Administrative Assistant Start Date: March 16th, 2020 Salary: $15-20 based on experience. Hartwig Industries is looking for a dynamic, and flexible office assistant Mon-Fri 1pm-5pm Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Answering multi-line phone, directing calls * Greeting clients * Opening mail daily and delivering mail to appropriate staff * Ensuring outgoing mail is mailed daily including courier arrangements * Corresponding with tenants through email * Ordering office supplies * Ensuring all rent is received, monthly. - Organizing all deposits, cheque filing, and deposits to bank. * Organizing credit card receipts for spreadsheets, as they come in. * Lease renewal and review * Parking contracts * Assisting with accounting projects or tasks * Organizing of filing/work spaces * Assisting CEO - Filing paperwork, organizing email, copying, scheduling appointments, booking travel arrangements and facilitating special projects. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Administration Assistant experience preferred * Business Administration experience preferred * Basic bookkeeping experience * High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint * We have 3 lovely office pups, candidate must be dog friendly and team oriented
