JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a part-time accounts payable clerk with a minimum of 1 year experience preferred. This position will be 20-25 hours per week. Pay will depend on experience. The candidate must be proficient in Sage 50 and MS Office. Quickbooks is also an asset. Duties include receiving and posting invoices for several of our companies, running bi-monthly cheque runs, performing monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts, handling phone call inquiries as well as contacting vendors and on-site managers to follow up as needed..
