We are a small accounting and legal firm (over 30 years) seeking an accounting / office assistant to join our team! The position is a full or semi full time, permanent position. The position will involve assisting our accountants with bookkeeping, tax preparation, and general office administration. It will also involve some reception duties, answering phones, and booking appointments. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and computer competency. Knowledge and experience with social media, website management, as well as some experience with bookkeeping and tax preparation software would be ideal.
