Accounting Clerk - Deals

With 7 dealerships across BC there is always room to learn and grow with us. We are looking for a person who enjoys keeping busy, interacting with customers and co-workers alike, is reliable and takes great pride in their work. In this position you will be responsible for the day to day processing of vehicle sales, bank funding, vehicle entry, reception relief, vehicle & manufacturer receivables and provide back up for accounts payable and cash. Other duties may be assigned by the controller depending on skill and aptitude. The successful candidate will possess: - Minimum of 2 years in a supportive accounting role - Working knowledge of general accounting processes and procedures - Microsoft Office experience, with a focus on Excel - Superb time management abilities - Common sense and problem-solving expertise - Ability to work under minimal supervision & meet given deadlines - Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone - A desire to learn and exceed expectations - CDK and/or PBS accounting software experience - desired but not necessary - A great sense of humor and cheery disposition We offer a competitive salary based on experience and education along with a comprehensive benefit package.
