A Victoria based independent Insurance Advisor is searching for an Administrative Assistant who is responsible for a diverse range of administrative support needs. This individual must be able to work independently with limited or no supervision at times. This is a Part-time position, Monday - Friday 9:30 - 2:30 Are you someone who is organized with exceptional communication skills? The assistant's daily responsibilities would include filing, handling mail, data entry, typing as well as other front office duties. The ideal candidate is highly organized with client service being a priority. Skill Requirements: Strong administrative and computer skills, including experience using Microsoft office suite Strong oral and written communication Ability to deal with confidential information Previous experience in the financial services industry is an asset Experience with Sage 50 (Simply Accounting) is an asset
