I know what it's like to have the desire, but lack the drive or knowledge on how to pursue your health and wellness goals. I've been there. I've struggled, I've fallen off, gotten back on, scoured the internet for the best workout routines and diet secrets. 20 years of this, and I've realized, that the answers are simple. Be active, and have fun doing it. Eat smart, but not restrictive. Have a healthy balance of body and mind.
It sounds easy, but it's not. We have busy lives, and often we tend to others first, and end up neglecting ourselves. Sometimes we can't do it on our own. Sometimes we need a trainer, a motivator, a coach. Someone to invest in us, to make us feel like, yes, we are important. Someone who understands.
I can be that person for you, if you need it.
I can offer you 20 years of experience in health and fitness, a wealth of knowledge on exercise and nutrition, but most importantly - a supportive friend who will take the time to invest in you as a person.
I can help you at your home, my home, outdoors, or a gym that you prefer. Anything is possible.
I don't believe that fitness training should be expensive. I don't think people should feel priced out of finding help. I think together we can find a price point that works for everyone.
