8 Year old friendly cat to good home

A little about Jager. I adopted Jager from the SPCA in 2011 as a kitten and at the time was living in a place with a cat door and property. Jager has always been an indoor/outdoor cat and ever since I moved to my new place I can see he is not happy. Jager is affectionate and easy going, he gets along with dogs ( currently lives with a big one) and people. He has never scratched my furniture but likes to go outside and scratch the wooden fence. He has no health issues and had his shots as a kitten. I'm struggling with what to do as I hate the thought of giving up on him but I sincerely think he needs a backyard to run around in and a cat/dog door to go in and out of.
