367 LP records, most in very good to excellent condition and well cared for, have been logged into an online computer program and the entire collection is to be sold in bulk to one buyer. Please note that individual records will not be sold.
The program shows the Median and Maximum selling price of each individual LP.
The collection has been placed into 4 main folders:
Classical & Choir 17
High Price 135
Jazz, Blues, Soul, Funk 28
Main LP Folder 187
Total 367

The entire 367 LP collection has a median value of $3,765 and a maximum value of $8,165.

The "High Price" folder is for LP's that are mainly either "Mint", "Near Mint" or "Very Good Plus" and the LP must have a market value of at least $10. If there were many copies of the LP offered for sale at a price less than $10 the LP did not get included in the High Price folder. There are 135 LP's in the "High Price" folder. This search for the higher priced LP's was done so you can see where much of the value of the collection is located.
The 135 LP's in the "High Price" folder have a median value of $2,209 and a maximum value of $4,659.

Taking all parameters into consideration the market value of the collection if sold piecemeal is more than $4,500 and therefore the bulk market value of the collection should be somewhere between $2,400 and $2,500.
