Propane stove and fridge have been removed, but propane lines still there for easy re-install, presently has an electric stovetop element, microwave, and a toaster/convection oven for cooking, and smaller electric fridge. Great layout with separate small back bedroom with 2 bunks, with its own large closet/drawers, and entertainment center. Has significant delamination on exterior fibreglass siding at front, interior looks good although some old water damage showing in upper bedroom closet area. Large 12' super slide with table, and pull out couch/bed. Has both propane and electric hot water options. Mattresses not included ...Was an estate sale purchase, and registration papers where not included when we purchased it, they have been long lost over the years, papers didn't matter to us as it was intended to remain in one spot as a live in for family member (but plans changed). There is a process to go thru with ICBC to obtain papers if desired, please contact ICBC for more info if interested.
