My name is Bradley, and my roommates name is Spencer. We are both 22 years old. We both work 5 days a week, are very involved in fitness, and love to have fun. We are looking for another roommate to live with us in our basement suite, as our other friend just moved out because he got a job in Alberta. The house is located just a couple minutes away from uptown. Rent is 533.33 each, plus utilities every 2 months, which is about 60 each. And internet is 20.50 each. So really you have everything for 615 a month. It's super cheap rent, the place is spacious. The rooms are all a very good size. Our landlord and our neighbors are all very nice people. There is a ton of parking. The washer and dryer are brand new aswell. There is 2 bathrooms. Spencer and I are very clean, and fairly busy most days. We do like to go party downtown would be in awhile. Ideally we are looking for another young male that we can get along with. Someone who has a similar lifestyle.
