Furnishings will include: 6~8 person dining table with 6 chairs and 2 stools; full kitchen with all appliances, cutlery, plates, and cookware (plus additional mini fridge and microwave in one of the bedrooms); full size laundry facility brand new from 2018; 3 bedrooms, two with queen size bed each, one with an office desk; lounging area with electric fire place; bedding, towels; dressers, cabinets, and buffet; very large balcony deck (approx 300 sqft) and another backyard deck; parking for at least 2 vehicle in the driveway and plenty of street parking; Open to negotiation on purchasing/removing furniture to tailor to your needs. I also have outdoor herb garden with raised beds, if you have a green thumb. The house was recently renovated. I put a lot of work into them, I am looking for a respectful family or mature adults who will take good care of it.
