$1,995 · PRICED TO SELL!! 27' 1975 Bayliner Buccaneer $1995. Includes another boat!!

I am leaving town pretty soon, so I've decided to sweeten the deal for someone actually serious about buying. If you want my sailboat before Dec 15th, I will throw in my 14.5 foot K&C Thermoglass runabout boat with working 55 HP Evinrude Outboard (running). It also comes with assumable moorage in Brentwood Bay. The sailboat is on a buoy nearby. My wife and I bought this sailboat to see if sailing was for us, and it is, but we are going to be traveling...so this baby needs a new owner asap. We lived on it for the summer, sailing as far as Gabriola. I had plans to renovate the inside, but won't be getting to that any time soon. The boat includes a table (with mounts and legs) and cushions, in perfect condition, but needs benches built and the table mounted. There's no power system, but she comes with a very fuel efficient two-stroke 1000W generator, and a 450W inverter. Also included are: - The ten-foot dingy in the picture (worse for wear now, but it still floats), and a small electric motor (18lb thrust). - icom vhf radio (no antenna, but they're $80 new from Spencer's Marine). - battery-powered nav lights. - 20-some lb Danforth anchor with 20' of chain and at least 100' of line. - 8hp Johnson Sailmaster outboard with plastic marine fuel tank and a fuel line, it's old and runs rough at mid-throttle, but has been unbelievably reliable. Could use a tune-up. - Portable camping toilet. All the plumbing is hooked up for a proper head, I just didn't get around to installing one. - There's a fresh-water holding-tank under the v-berth, but I didn't connect that either, probably 30 minutes work. - two-burner hot-plate, water jugs, tarps, 6' foamy for berths, 100' of extra line (sinking), sail-repair kit, two brand-new $54 paddles, 3 life-vests, fire-extinguishers, and probably more odds and ends. One thing to note is that this boat isn't considered an open blue-water vessel But one bonus of that is the fact it only draws 2.25' and can get many shallow places other sailors can't. As it sits, the boat is a great weekend island-hopper, potential liveaboard with tonnes of interior space, that's what it was designed for, and is ready to sail now. With a little work, and a few bucks (I estimated $1500), It could be a very roomy 27' live-aboard!
