$3,500 · 2009 Subaru Forester - 5 Speed AWD

We've decided to get something bigger and are putting our Forester up for sale. It's a 2009 5 speed manual Forester with 219000miles on it (around 350000kms). It was originally bought in Oregon, and made the journey back and fourth to the island several times a year for most of its life, hence the high kms. We are the second owners and It has been fully imported to BC, and is BC owned and insured so no worries or hassles there. It's perfect for adventuring as it's big enough to sleep in, and the AWD will take you anywhere you want to go! The interior is in pretty good condition, though it will need a good steam clean after all of the family camping missions, spills, and eventually work it was used for. There are no tears or serious damage though, so it should clean up nicely. All of the electronic options work as they should. The body is in great shape with no damage and no rust. Mechanically it's in very good condition. It has been serviced regularly since day one, typically at the dealership in Oregon, and it comes with a folder of records, including oil changes and such, going back to the original purchase form. The clutch has been changed, the tires and brakes are in near new condition, it has a trailer hitch and wiring, power windows, keyless entry, heated seats, and more. We did replace the head gaskets and timing belt a few weeks ago at home before deciding to sell it, and my husband also adjusted the valves to fix a ticking noise that had developed over the years. The receipt for the parts used is also in the glove box as well. As it stands it needs nothing and is ready for several more years of adventuring. Take care and thanks for looking!
