$5,000 · 2008 Honda Civic Si Sedan White

Looking to sell my project car as I have a new car to work on. 2008 Honda Civic Si Sedan in white with a 6 speed standard transmission. Great car, fun to drive, smooth manual gearbox, and a practical family car. Drives great with no issues. The car has only 1 minor claim with the passenger side rear window of $400.00. There is damage on the rocker panel, the paint is not perfect, and windshield has spots. That's the reason why it's below market price. You can drive it the way it is and repair it later down the road. Recently serviced at Nanaimo Honda and passed inspection with no issues. The engine is stock and only very minor modification have been done that are listed below. The car comes with HFP springs and shocks for a minor drop and better handling. The items I have done include: New spark plugs New serpentine belt New transmission fluid New coolant New engine air filter New cabin air filter Synthetic oil change New fuse for A/C Repaired trunk and installed new vent Replaced right taillight gasket Replaced rear bumper with OEM Honda (black in color) Rear trunk brace New Torque Solutions exhaust hangers Strut King shifter base bushings Skunk2 Magnetic oil and transmission plugs I have 2 sets of keys, owners manuals, and radio code. Currently has a storage policy that started on March 18, 2020. Will need to get a permit if you are looking to test drive. I'm asking $5000 firm. If not sold I will take the ad down and continue working on it. Just looking for someone to give it a good home.
