$2,000 · 2006 Ford Escape, work needed

Bought used in 2015 and still runs well. Oil changes usually every 3,000 kms. Selling because I bought a new car and this one needs work that I'm not willing to do. The car's exterior is in great shape, comes with working seat warmers, sun roof, AC blows cold, heater blows hot and aftermarket stereo. Took it a shop and they told me not to drive it far. It needs new brakes, tires, belts, coolant and transmission fluid. There's a small oil leak and some problems with a control arm, the exhaust flex pipe, ABS and 4WD among some other things. Great car to flip if you're willing to put in the work, always starts to this day and still drives just fine. It's been a good daily driver for 5 years now, never let me down.
