1 garage door, exactly 8 ft high 9 ft wide, very good condition, includes tracks, (low overhead hardware for lower ceiling) , locking latches. There are 5 sections, it would be possible to cut off or add for a custom opening as panels are wood. Spring is broken so reduced to $150, new springs easily available. 4 quarter winds on spring for each foot of height, so 8' X 4 = 32 quarter winds on spring. Panels are in very good condition, I've kept them painted and could be used for wall of shed etc.
