The house includes 1.5 bath, dining room, living room (not pictured), kitchen, laundry room( not pictured) and a small backyard (not pictured). Located in a nice area, a 10-minute walk to UVIC, and a 10-minute walk to Tuscany village. Near major bus routes- 27, 26, 28. Cats are allowed. Wifi and hydro prices are not included in the rent. Comes with 1 parking spot and street parking also available. We Prefer to rent to clean, quiet students as parties are not permitted. No smoking, vaping or weed on premises.
