Walking distance to Broadmead Village, Thrifty's, Country Groceries, McDonald's, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Beaver Lake and more... No Smoking. No pets (I already have one - better if you don't mind having him around). Suitable for 2 quiet girls, full time students/workers. Limited use of the kitchen between 8am and 5pm weekdays. Weekends and after 5pm you have full access... Available April 1st. Must have clear CRC and references. $800 per room.
