We are offering our character suite for sublet - AVAILABLE Weekly or monthly July 26 - October 10 RATES - $1000 weekly $3000 monthly or $5000 for entire 10 week period. It comes fully furnished, with beautiful wood flooring, tall ceilings, & stained glass windows. A Quiet clean comfortable space, perfect for study, work, relaxation & cooking. Close to everything, downtown is a 10 minute walk, the Crystal Pool and Central Park is 1 minute down the road, and the convenience of having the Quadra village a short walk away means you don't need a car! The master bedroom has a comfortable King size. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed as well as a crib and change table for babies. There is Laundry in suite (which will be shared with the single tenant of the Upstairs suite). There is residential street parking for 2 vehicle, first come first serve. This unit has a staircase to access the entry porch.
