We are looking for someone to sublet our fabulous 2 bedroom suite on Cedar Hill Road. We are 2 Uvic students who will be going on exchange in the fall so we are hoping to sublet our place from September to December, with the possibility to move in mid to late August. The tenants upstairs are an older retired couple who are very quiet and respectful. The unit in the back is occupied by a young couple who have lived there for about 5 years and are very friendly. Though the unit is on Cedar Hill Road it is perfectly quiet. This unit would be ideal for quiet, respectful students or for people who work nearby as the access is terrific. The rent is $1500 + utilities per month, $750 per room + utilities. The unit will come completely furnished, all you need to bring is yourself and some clothes. We have plenty of kitchen supplies that you are welcome to use as well. The landlord is great and manages several other rental properties and is very attentive and helpful.
