So you'd have to be ok with some noise during afternoons and weekends. There are also a couple of spots where the ceiling has ducting that dips below 6 feet so may not suit a taller person. This suite would best suit a mature single person or a couple. The price includes utilities except for internet and cable, and is based on single occupancy, so there would be an additional charge for another person or high utility usage. No smoking of any kind on the property and no pets please. 1-year lease preferred
