We are a family of three and have been involved in home stay for more than one year. We are currently looking for two quiet students (females are preferred) to fill up our two spared bedrooms as either renters and/or home-stay students. . The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood with only 15 mins walk to UVIC and Mount Douglas Secondary School. 15 mins bus ride to Camosun College, 25 mins bus ride ti downtown and uptown. Grocery stores, banks, Starbucks and Timhortons all in waling distance. . The two rooms are both fully furnished with spacious space, a shared bathroom, kitchen and laundry. . #1semi-basement bedroom isfurnished with one single size bed with brightness and great view. It will be available for rent from Jan.1-Jun.30.2019. Monthly rent is $600 per person, no meal service. . #2 bedroom is located on second floor with two twin beds, Immed. Monthly rent is $850/room/two persons, no meal. . Free Wi-Fi and shared utilities. . No smoking, no pets and no party for entire premise. . Meals: we loves preparing various local and Asian food on daily basis. We woulk like providing evening sit-down dinner and self-serviced breakfast and lunch as well. Meal service can be in an additional charge.
