Up for sale, a 1995 Gibson "1960" Les Paul Classic Plus in exceptional, 100% original condition and perfect working order, complete with the original factory paperwork and hardshell case asking $2800. Designed with the 1960 Sunburst Les Paul as the starting point, the Classic boasts many features that are notable to that era of Les Paul production, such as a '50s headstock shape, deep dish top carve, push-in tuner bushings, ABR-1 bridge, and a slimmer 1960 neck profile. Weighing 10lbs 2oz with a solid (not weight relieved) mahogany body, this guitar has plenty of power and cut, with ample sustain which translates well through the original 496R and 500T humbuckers. All of the electronics work as they should, with the stock 496R and 500T pickups and untouched solder joints. The nickel hardware shows surface patina on the ABR-1 bridge and stopbar, and all of the original plastic is present including the gold amber bell knobs knobs, pickup rings, and switch surround.
