The Svx has a strong and smooth a 3.3L 24v Boxer six that cranks out 230 Hp to all four wheels thru Subaru's symmetrical all wheel drive system. It has had recent work done to it and is a very fun car to own/drive.
Work done - Transmission rebuild @146km - Timing belt and water pump @161km - O2 sensor and new muffler @173km - Both front fenders replaced as well as all rust ground out and patched with metal, New Kenwood speakers in both doors (still under warranty) @174km - Brand new set of 4 Copper Zeon RS3 G-1 all season tires mounted on chrome finish wheels, all new valve stems @175km.
-Interior is very clean (other than where airbags went off), It is top of the line for the time (heated seats, sunroof)
-Body looks good from a distance, but you can tell that there has been some diy bodywork done to it, front bumper is quite scraped
-Will throw in stock wheels with decent tires on them as well as the stock exhaust. I also have a set of winter tires i can throw in too.
-It runs well and corners very nice, transmission shifts nicely as it has been rebuilt
I took in on a road trip recently, car was good
Power radio antenna is bent
The airbags have been deployed. This happened due to a tow hook design that was recalled on other Subaru models of the time. My airbags were set off on a rough section of road.
The car will need a new knock sensor (these are the same part used on 2.2L Impreza and Legacy) so they are easy to find at a good price
The rear brakes are going to need to be done soon
