$1,900 · 1987 Volkswagen Cabriolet

I bought this cabriolet back in 1987 and I'm the original owner (it still has the license plates from 1987). The car has run incredibly well since I bought. It's had a minor oil leak for most of its life but never caused any problems. There is also a minor leak from the seals on the roof, this only happens when the car is driven in the pouring rain, which I have definitely avoided over the years. Recently though, there is a new line of drips under the front of the engine that could be oil or coolant. Either way, I took it to the auto shop and they have said that the oil filter housing/cooler is leaking, there is oil leaking out of the timing cover (possibly from the valve cover gasket), both outer CV boots are torn, and there is potentially a leak from the oil pan (the cam seal and valve cover are leaking into the timing cover so its recommended to also look into the timing belt and both seals). With this news, I have decided to sell considering I have a newer vehicle that I daily drive. I can also mention that the roof still works as a convertible but lately I have had to adjust the lever bar as it goes down to help guide the roof down. Also included are BRAND NEW tires that I bought at the end of August 2020 (it's a full set of 4 brand new tires that are on the vehicle)
