UPDATE! Covid 19 has kept me very busy. SEE BELOW FOR UPDATES. 800 Firm. Have some extra time? Needs to be gone by July. Old boat that needs some TLC but was sailing last summer. Done most of the work myself. Comes with an outboard long shaft. Main Sail and Jib. Moorage was made from TroTac Marine 2 years ago. 2500 lbs concrete weight. Hasn't moved once. Serious inquiries only. UPDATED - "What does the inside look like and do I have photos?" - I could not find any photos of the inside   of the boat. I will be going there this week to check on how it had been since winter. I will take photos then and update them. I have taken out most of the small plywood paneling because the person we got the boat from had passed. I have rewired the boat and had everything running last summer. We had new speakers running, a depth sensor, and lights all work. The red and green port and starboard lights need to be replaced. We have the lights for that. I will hand those over for free, as well as everything else I have for working on the boat.   "Does the outboard motor work?" Yes it does and was running just fine last summer. Does this mean it is running   right now? It is unlikely. It has sat out for about 4 months. I have a guy, Scott, who cleans up motors for a few bucks and some Pepsi. "How much is morage?" It is free. We made it a few years back and dropped it in the water. Trotrac made the morage   for us and it itself is worth 1000$. I will give it to you with the boat. "Why am I selling for so cheap?" -I will be doing my masters degree in another province and will not be able to upkeep the boat. Someone deserving of the boat can gladly have it for the price I am asking.   "Is it sail worthy right now?" Probably   not, I would be nervous sailing with an outboard that has not ran in a few months. Fix that with Scott and you should be good to go. " How do I go out and see it?" Well I was hoping to take you out there with my canoe, but given the proximity of this, it is problematic meeting all of you and rowing out there. We can talk about how you can see the boat. I am staying pretty firm to my price of 800$.   Thanks for reading through! I really appreciate   your interest and hope this will better   explain the situation.   P.S name is Whisper
