Great location for students or people working downtown/Langford as the traffic is always in the opposite direction. in the morning it only takes 15-20 minutes to get anywhere, downtown, Langford, Sidney. Very Central. The house is large and spacious on a 1 acre lot: huge yard. 3 bed 2 bath. Bar, laundry, pool table, hot tub. Kitchen is fully equipped. Great space for entertaining, and dead quiet the rest of the time. Close to lochside park/trail, Cordova Bay beaches, and Beaver Lake park. On the #72 bus route which is a main transit artery with connections to UVic, Camosun, and Langford. Tons of storage space. I can do viewings every night after about 4:30, and I'll be around most weekends.
