One unfurnished bedroom in a modern townhouse. You would have full access to washer and dryer, dishwasher, kitchenware, living room and partially shared bathroom outside your door. My 6yr old son stays with me 50% of the time, he is a quiet well behaved little man. Looking for a responsible and respectful female roommate; preferably working professional or student. Would consider a single mom with young child. Rent is $700 but could be negotiable for the right person. Everything included: internet, hydro, recycling/garbage pick up, water, and one parking spot. Minutes to millstream village and easy access to the #1 Highway. No smoking or pets, although it is 420 friendly (respectfully).
