Looking to sublet my room for the month of August. The room is in a beautiful 2 bedroom ground level suite in a new house. Large windows to an open backyard that is available for your use. Suite comes fully furnished with closets, a desk, and a bed in the room. You would be sharing the In suite washer and dryer, bathroom, kitchen, and living room with 1 other female student. It is in an ideal location with buses to Uvic, downtown, and uptown close by. Rent would be $825, utilities all included (Wifi, heat, A/C, hydro, etc.) Females preferred due to shared spaces.
