We are all engineering students in 2nd / 3rd year, and a student tenant is preferred. We're all friendly and studious people. The room is fully furnished and is located on the upper floor. Also on that floor is the kitchen / living area, shared with the rest of the house. There is in-house laundry on the lower floor also. Utilities are included in the rental price. The house is non-smoking / no pets. The house is located directly by the #12, #28, and #39 bus routes. 15 minutes away from the university by bus via the 12. 25 minute to downtown via the 28.
