Hello! Looking to sublet a room in our 4 bedroom Fernwood house from February 1st to April 31st - with potential for extension to June 30th. House is less than 2 mins away from the 11, 14, 15, 27 & 28 bus stops & is a 5-10 minute drive to downtown. All amenities are within walking distance including grocery stores (Urban Grocer and Save on Foods) and liquor stores (Vessel, BC liquor store). You'd be living with myself & two another female tenants. The room that is available costs $550 + utilities / month.
