Situated on the edge of Fernwood within walking distance of many amenities, right beside a number of frequent bus routes (2, 11, 14, 15, 22, 27, 28) sits our lovely apartment. You will be sharing this apartment with my girlfriend (and our cat) over the course of the summer while I am in Smithers, BC on a coop work term. Therefore, all prospective tenants must be clean, respectul, and organized. Heat and hot water is included in rent. Internet ($28), hydro (~$10), and laundry (token based) are not included. Therefore rent will be approximately $950 per month with everything included. Prospective tenants will be interviewed via Skype to maintain social distancing during this pandemic. After my partner and I are satisfied, a second interview will be conducted by the property manager. Successful applicants will then proceed to fill out our current tenancy agreement as a co-tenant.
