We have one room available from January 1st - April 30th, 2019. It is in a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with 4 other students at UVIC. We are all engineering / economics students in 2nd / 3rd year, and a student tenant is preferred. The room is fully furnished and is located on the lower floor, the kitchen / living area is upstairs and is shared with the rest of the house. There is in-house laundry on the lower floor also. THe house is non-smoking / no pets. Utilities are typically ~$50 / month on top of the rental price. The house is located directly by the #12, #28, and #39 bus routes. 15 minutes away from the university by bus via the 12. 25 minute to downtown via the 28.
