Hi there! I'm currently looking for someone to take over my lease in a 3 bedroom townhouse near UVic/Tuscany Village as early as July 10 through the end of September. Rent is $700 plus utilities and wifi. You'd have your choice between two rooms, the one photographed here (fun fact: it's got TWO closets!) and a larger bedroom in the basement that is not photographed here. It's unfurnished, but you can buy the bed and dresser off of my housemate for a good price and I'll also be selling my desk.

You'll be living with a working gal in her young 20s and her sweet outdoor cat, Jasper, as well as another new tenant.

Perks of the place: it's close to many bus stops, is within walking distance of numerous beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, and UVic. We also have so many rooms that there is an office and a gym! There's a laundry room in the basement with lots of extra storage space.
