Bicycle good for kids around 6-9 years old or 4 ft to 4ft6. 16" wheels. Norco Spice, black with white and purple lettering. Hand brakes, 12-speed, front shocks. Good condition, but has sat for a while so the chain needs to be oiled (I can help with that if you like).
