Colwood Basement Suite Rental in exchange for Child Care - Separate Entrance - Newly Renovated - Mudroom with Separate Laundry - Dishwasher - Fridge - Own Deck, yard is fenced - Responsible pets allowed dogs and/or cats. - All utilities included (Water, garbage, recycling, electricity, natural gas, Wifi and, Telus Optik TV) Safe and quiet neighborhood, right next to Dunsmuir Middle School at end of cul de sac. The home has soundproofing insulation and resilient channel installed throughout basement ceiling, the home still has a young child and potentially another in future. So there will be crying and standard noises made by any child, usually in the morning. I work full-time Monday to Friday, leave at 8am, home by 6:15pm. Wife is a Nurse working sometimes 8-12 Hr shifts. Daughter(Nora) is 21 months old currently, will be 2 at time of start. Our current Nanny is leaving at end of September, so we are hoping to replace with someone just a lovely as she was. Looking for a long term individual if possible. -Preferred candidate will either have some sort of passive income, or we are willing to pay monthly income depending on amount of childcare days provided. If you want to bring in another kid or two as income we have the outdoor space and indoor space available.
