this is the condo of all tents with a hub room connecting three separate 'wings'. honestly, 12 is tight but easily fits 8-10ppl. all poles are there-may need some new pegs. screens, flys and awning all there. carrying bag works-but zipper is broke. all in all, a well loved and used tent but has lots left to give.
