Excellent condition Marmot tent. Great for 3, roomy for two and a hotel room for one person. Two people can easily fit both mats and one or two bags inside (depending on the size of the pack) and the vestibules are large enough to accomodate both bags easily. Water proof, comes with a ground sheet as well. Incredibly easy set up, fastest time was under 3 minutes in the dark. Have used under 20 times, changing my set up to a smaller tent. $325
