First 3 months are discounted to help you get started when you need space 2 days a week or more! Common problems such as dish pit access, poor maintenance (like no hot water etc), poor cleaning, overloaded bin access, catering companies using the ovens when you need them and bad management arise after they have taken your money, we have experienced this ourselves which is why we decided to open our own. Should your business explode and you need your own space you can also get stuck owing 2 rents and no one wants that!
