The machines roast and glaze (sweet glazing) a variety of nuts to create a unique and delicious gourmet product. The roasting occurs in direct view of the customer and they smell is amazing! The roasters can glaze any nut, including: almonds, pecans, cashews, peanuts, walnuts and macadamias. Some events that this business is perfect for are local markets and events. In the past we have done things such as the Sidney market and the Saanichton Fair. These are also a big seller at Christmas craft fairs and so there is potential to work in some capacity most of the year.
