Napoleon Gas Fireplace model GI3014N with blower. It measures 43" wide and 28" high to the outside of the brass trim. It fits into an opening approximately 27" wide x 22" high. This is a 'B' vent fireplace meaning it is NOT a sealed unit like a 'C' or Direct Vent fireplace but more like an open wood burning fireplace. It works excellent, was connected to a wall thermostat (but also has controls along the bottom) and comes with a blower (fan) which pushes the warm air into the room/house. The fireplace is rated at 30,000 BTU with a turn down to 21,500 BTU. The glass is a bay window (no longer available on any fireplace) measures approximately 28" wide x 12" high. The glass needs a cleaning with a proper fireplace window cleaner but is in good shape. Note that one of the logs has shifted and fallen into the window. Two screws on each side of the window to access the logs and clean the window. Also comes with the aluminum chimney pipe and vent top. All the brass trim is removable.
