Up for sale is a rare Easton Press Limited Edition of FAHRENHEIT 451 by Ray Bradbury. Sometimes referred to as Easton Press's 1st Edition, 1st Printing of this famous title. Sealed and Brand New from the manufacturer, this edition is hard to come by in such pristine and new condition. Hardcover bound in fine red leather. Accented in 22kt gold, printed on archival paper with gilded edges, smyth sewing, and concealed muslin joints. Raised hubbed spines are added to resemble the old world style. 5 3/8 x 8 1/2", 192 pp. From the Masterpieces of Science Fiction Series which was limited from between 850 to usually around 1,500 and printed exclusively for subscribers. About one in every ten copies were secretly signed by the author. The series ended as subscriber-ship decreased due to the financial crisis in 2007-08. Includes collector's notes.
