Trade metal twin bed frame for one with a hook

I have the regular metal frame for a twin bed which I wish to swap for a metal frame with a hook. The headboard that I must attach has a metal small bar inserted into it to which attaches the hook of the bed frame. Are you in possession of a frame with a hook and would like to on that has the normal horizontal spaces by which the frame can be attached to the headboard? The horizontal bar in the post is 10 inches of from the floor. So the hook must be 10 inches from the floor
