The unit was fully renovated 3 years ago and offers: - Walk in closet with in-suite laundry - Spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher - Smart thermostats - Full bathroom with a large soaker tub - Private outdoor patio - Street parking - Power/utilities included - Wifi included - Two TV boxes - basic cable + a few theme packs! Furnishings (not shown in photos): - Dining set - Couch - Queen bed - Shelves - two wall mounts for TVs Us: Our family of 3, including a 6yo, live upstairs with one of us working from home full time. Our quiet hours are generally 9pm-7am and we are looking for someone who is the same. While it’s an older house and noise will carry, we are respectful and mindful of that and we hope you will be too! You: Our new neighbour! We are looking for a respectful and quiet individual to care for the suite and respect the tenancy agreement. We are open to short, medium or long term tenants. As mentioned above, the unit is partially furnished. Changes to furnishings can potentially be arranged if needed. No smoking or vaping on the property please. Cat considered – no dogs. Reference check, employment verification and credit/background check may be required.
