Hey folks! Check out this lovely room in heritage house on a cul de sac in Oaklands, available from July 1st (or June 1st/15th for the right person..) Rented Furnished or Unfurnished! The house has character, light, and love in it. It’s a three bedroom main floor apartment of a triplex, shared only with one other. Perfect for someone who enjoys having a spacious yard to hang out and garden in, who enjoys soaking in a clawfoot tub, needs storage/parking, and would like to have access to an office/yoga space/spare room :) As a roommate, I’m clean, community oriented, offer great communication and conflict resolution skills, I enjoy sharing stories with roommates and also having time to myself :) Intending to co-create a mindful and respectful co-habitation situation <3 Rent is $1100 (half if only subletting for two weeks) which includes internet, house expenses, and light cleaning/maintenance, but heat and hydro are not included and billed bi-monthly. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. Unfortunately no couples, smokers or pets (with the exception of non furries ie. fish, lizards etc.) Also, I am often at my partner’s house on weekends, so you will have the space to yourself a bunch, well, you and my sweet lizards who would be your best friends if you drop them some wormies ;) Looking for someone to commit to a 6 month lease minimum but preference given to those wishing to be in Victoria long term and willing to sign for a 1 year term with extension if a good fit!
