$1,800 · ISO - 2bd home for small family May 1st

My daughter and I are looking to move to Victoria from Pender Island May 1st and are looking for a 2bedroom space, or 1 bedroom and den space in the greater victoria area, ranging between 1700 and 2100 (the latter would need to have utilities included as that is our max budget) We love it here but are needing to move to be closer to better schools and opportunities for her. She is a respectful charming young lady who loves to listen to music and draw beautiful pictures. As for myself I am both a successful self-employed entrepreneur of ten plus years, as well I work in customer service and would be getting a part time job in the area. In my free time I love to garden, cook meals for my kid, make art/music, and read. We have two well behaved trained emotional support cats (for my kiddos anxiety) of whom we have had since they were kittens and never had any sort of behavioural issues. We have great personal, employment, and rental references and are hoping to stay somewhere long-term and find a perfect peaceful little nest in this next chapter of our lives.
