Looking for a place to live !

Hello! Good day to you :) My name is Owen and I am looking for a place to stay/rent Ideally, it would be nice to find my own apartment, basement, or any kind of space on my own. But I am open to other options! I am a carpenter and am starting up my own small business doing exterior renovations/bathroom/any type of home restorations. maybe you need some work done by me at your place? I could help out with that. I am kind/trustworthy. I do smoke so i would need to have a place that is ok with me smoking (outside) I do not smoke indoors. I am willing to look at places within 30 minutes of downtown victoria as well.
