Dates: December 15,2021 to March 15, 2022(Slightly Flexible) I have one bedroom with attached bathroom available in a 2-bedroom apartment. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of apartment. The other room will have my roommate. The apartment is ideally located with a stunning light and view of Beacon Hill Park. Rent: 1200 Per month for one person. 2000 Per month for a Couple. Rent includes Internet, Shaw Cable, Netflix and all bills except, laundry. Laundry: The laundry is one floor down and it is very easy to access. It cost 2 dollars per load. Cook Street Village: 2 minute walk Dallas Road: 6 minute walk James Bay Village: 12 minute walk Downtown: 17 minute walk Roommate (Chad): He has lived in my place for the last 2 years. Chad is a 34-year male who works full time at a grocery store close by. He has never had anyone over since living with me and he has never left a dish in the sink. He cooks and cleans immediately after cooking. He spends most of his time in his room and rarely uses the living room or patio area. He is quiet but very friendly and nice. No Smoking No Pets Allowed
